New Build Steel Frame

Late last year G&M steel Structures ltd were awarded a new build contract in Wimborne, Dorset on behalf of V P Lewis Groundworks ltd based in Ferndown, an experienced team of groundworks and building contractors who operate all over the Dorset area. Our Contract consisted of a full and detailed site survey to obtain correct foundation levels and to ensure all block work is carefully positioned to intersect within our frame. Detailed 3D modelling of all steel work was provided for the customer and structural engineers approval, manufacture and assisted VP Lewis Groundworks with the installation.

Five Tonnes Steel Frame

Consisting of a mixture of shot blast and primer painted steel sections and hot dipped galvanized balcony steels the client could really see his vision coming to life with the intention of the galvanised balcony frame to be completely inset with glass, meaning the river views are visible and accessible from the bedroom.
