New Build Flats Cranked Roof Steels

These two new build block of flats are another lovely project undertaken late last year. Supplying all ground floor, first floor and cranked roof steels with fully adjustable “tie bars” for a large scale contractor and developer based in Poole, Dorset.
Our in house draftsman and detailer attended site to confirm all relevant dimensions and concrete levels, producing 3D models for client and engineer approval prior to manufacture, complete with setting out drawings for the contractor when they erect the steels themselves.
We supply all steel to steel connection fixings with all our structural steel work so the client/contractors always have what they need to assemble their fabricated steel work upon delivery.
